Is clean or dirty hair best for color?
Clean hair is preferred! Dirty hair is usually fine, but excess product build up and oils actually prohibit the color from working as effectively. The cleaner the hair, the more predictable the color outcome.
Where do I park?
When you arrive at the salon you should see plenty of street parking along either sides of the road. If all spots are full, loop back around the block and when you are coming down Main St towards Evergreen Blvd, look to the right and there should be even more available spots. I also recommend all clients download the Parking Kitty app, its free to get and gives you access to pay for your parking from your phone.
What Should I wear to My Appointment?
Wear something comfortable! No hoodies or anything too bulky around the neck and please wear a solid, neutral colored shirt for pictures.
How do I know which services to choose when booking my appointment?
If you are struggling to know which service to book, please fill out my new guest form. This will give me detailed insight into what you hope to achieve with your hair. It will also help me understand the current state of your hair, so that I can best guide you to book the services needed to get you on-track with your hair goals.
Can I work or have a silent appointment?
No problem! We have free wi-fi for you to enjoy! I completely understand that you may need to work, or only get a little quiet time to yourself to relax and decompress.
How long will my appointment be?
Prepare for 3 hours on average and up to 5 hours for a full transformation session.
What if i decide i want to change my services booked before my next appointment?
If you decide that you need to change the services you booked for your next appointment, that is no problem at all. Please let me know ASAP, even if you are booked for a color appointment, I need to know at least 48 hours in advance that you are wanting to do something different to your hair. This will ensure that I am prepared to create your new hair.
If you do decide that you want to change your hair up, there is a chance that we may have to reschedule the current appointment if the time scheduled does not allow for this change. The other option will be to keep the appointment and reduce the services to fit the allotted time.
